The law firm has been using Microsoft solutions for years, ensuring the highest level of security, quality of services provided And compliance with internal procedures. To increase the efficiency of working in a Microsoft 365 environment, kancelaria has decided to purchase solutions Copilot and workshops for a wide range of employees, which aimed to maxymal use of moopportunities tools in legal and administrative work, according to the law firm’s procedures.

Implementation

How did we respond to the client's needs?

We prepared and conducted customized adaptation workshops tailored to the law firm’s expectations. The workshop responded to specific challenges in using Copilot reported by Sobota Jachira employees, such as:

  • Making it easier to find relevant information in correspondences,
  • Comparing documents and creating summaries,
  • Copilot errors in document editing,
  • The need to reduce Copilot’s so-called “hallucination” when generating content.

Building prompts

We presented practical tips and rules for building prompts, including in the context of the differences between Polish and English.

We discussed data security issues when working with Copilot, including the importance of using company accounts, permissions, security policies.

What have we achieved?

Thanks to the workshop held, the law firm Saturday Jachira achieved key goals:

  • Developing ready-to-use scenarios that support the daily work of the law firm.
  • Develop the team's competence in creating effective prompts, working with documents and thus minimizing errors generated by AI.
  • Secure implementation of Copilot, in accordance with law firm procedures and data confidentiality requirements.
  • Taking full advantage of the investment in the Microsoft 365 environment, resulting in higher employee satisfaction and greater comfort.

The workshop prepared by Onex Group showed us how to use the Microsoft 365 Copilot tool more effectively in the daily work of various teams. The training mostly responded to the reported needs of our employees, showing practical usage scenarios that we can immediately implement in the law firm.
