Jakub Hryciuk

Entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Onex Group and of the CentrumXP portal. He has been involved with Microsoft technology, professionally and as a hobby, for almost 25 years. He studied at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and completed postgraduate studies at the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School and at the ICAN Strategic Leadership Academy.

In running Onex Group he follows one philosophy: to build an organisation in which every client, at every stage of the work, experiences exceptional attention and commitment and feels that their needs are the absolute priority, while creating a workplace where he would want to be employed himself. This two-track mission shows in the daily practice of exceeding clients’ expectations and in a working environment built on mutual respect, transparency and genuine care for people.
